Yesterday,the kids and I got to spend the afternoon with Ava! We made plans to get together with Christy (as she was off work) and Cayman, 4 kids under 2 1/2 years old wow! It was amazing to see the differences between them all. Thom is 2 1/2 tomorrow, Ava is 18mths, Cayman is almost 14mth and Beth is 5 wks.
Thom, Cayman and Beth are all bigger kids and Ava is small (she is shorter then Cayman and wieghs less). Auntie Christy weighed Beth she is now 10lbs 11 oz naked, Ava was just over 20lb (with her clothes on) and Cayman was just over 24lbs (with his clothes on).
Thom is more of a bulldozer, Ava is dainty and a polite lady, Cayman could hold his own, but not a wirlwind and Beth - well she slept =)
Thom talks alot, Ava is more 1 to 2 words at a time maybe a short sentence, and Cayman was replying to questions and saying about 1 word at a time and Beth grunts, groans or coos.
The kids were all so close in age, and the three older ones could all play with the same toys but each one played differently for example Thom and Ava could get the lids off the markers but Cayman wasnt quite old enough yet to do that.
Well, I could go on for you but Beth is smiling at me and talking in her way, and Thommy just asked for oatmeal with milk :)

I guess Thom and Ava tired Cayman out well...he slept till 7:15 this morning and I had to wake him! Well,I woke him more so out of fear that he may not be alive... Thanks for the gift of sleeping in today! I'm sure tomorrow he will be up at his usual 6 AM.
